About Us

Queen Anne's Railroad Society Mission:

    • Preserve railroad history in Queen Anne's County and the mid-shore area.

    • Facilitate the preservation and maintenance of local historic railroad structures.

    • Develop and implement education programs focused on trains and model railroading.

Goals:

    • Renovate the railroad warehouse that was moved from Centreville to Bloomfield Farm.

    • Create a museum to showcase Eastern Shore railroad history

    • Provide opportunities for adults and youth to participate in year round model railroading activities.
